The Kenya Roll Ball Federation (KRBF) Strategic Plan (2025–2029) provides a clear roadmap for the sustainable growth and professionalization of Roll Ball in Kenya. It articulates the Federation’s commitment to enhancing governance, strengthening institutional capacity, and expanding participation across all counties. The plan aligns with Kenya’s national sports policy and seeks to position Roll Ball as one of the fastest-growing urban and youth sports in the country. Through this framework, KRBF envisions building a vibrant sporting culture grounded in integrity, inclusivity, and excellence. At the core of the Strategic Plan are five strategic pillars: Governance and Institutional Strengthening, Talent Development and Capacity Building, Infrastructure and Resource Mobilization, Competition and Events Development, and Media and Digital Presence. Each pillar outlines targeted objectives, implementation strategies, and measurable outcomes designed to advance Roll Ball at both grassroots and elite levels. The plan also emphasizes the empowerment of county branches, promoting partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations to widen the base of participation and discover new talent. Furthermore, the KRBF Strategic Plan underscores the importance of sustainable funding and collaboration. By partnering with corporate sponsors, government agencies, and international bodies, the Federation aims to secure resources that will ensure the continuity of its programs and competitions. The plan also embraces technology and digital transformation as key drivers for engagement, transparency, and visibility — leveraging social media, digital marketing, and online platforms to promote events and inspire a new generation of players and fans. Ultimately, this Strategic Plan serves as a blueprint for progress and accountability, reinforcing KRBF’s vision of making Kenya a leading Roll Ball nation in Africa and beyond. It highlights the Federation’s dedication to professionalism, gender equality, youth empowerment, and innovation, setting a solid foundation for the sport’s long-term success.
