Roll Ball World Cup

The Roll Ball World Cup began in 2011 at the Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune, India, with Denmark emerging as the inaugural champion among 16 participating countries. The 2013 World Cup in Nairobi, Kenya, introduced women's teams, with India winning both men's and women's titles. In 2015, the event returned to Pune, and Iran won the men's category, while Kenya claimed the women's title. The 2017 tournament in Dhaka, Bangladesh, saw India retaining the men's championship, and also winning the women's title. The 2019 World Cup in Chennai, India, had India and Kenya winning the men's and women's titles, respectively. In the most recent 2023 World Cup, held again in Pune, Kenya triumphed in both categories, defeating India in the men's and Egypt in the women's finals.

Notably, this season will witness participation from international players hailing from 17 countries. The action-packed 15-day tournament is scheduled to take place from November 20 to Dec 3, 2023. For the benefit of the Kenya Roll Ball Federation and other countries in the world, The Pro League has garnered immense attention, with 128 players nominated for auction across all categories. Notably, foreign players from countries like Iran, Belarus, Oman, Egypt, Senegal, Poland, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, England, France, Brazil, and Kenya added an international flair to the event
